Return & Refund Policy

We understand that as a business customer, you rely on quality, consistency, and clear communication. Our return policy is designed to support wholesale and custom wig clients with fairness and professionalism.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for stock wigs (non-customized) that meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 calendar days of receipt
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Lace must remain uncut, with original tags and inserts
  • Return request must be submitted and approved before shipping the product back

Note: We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or changes in market demand.

2. Custom Wigs – Final Sale

All OEM/ODM or private label wig orders are final sale and non-refundable, including:

  • Custom textures, colors, lace types, or densities
  • Customized cap sizes or construction
  • Bulk orders with private packaging or logo branding

To ensure accuracy, we provide:

  • Sample production (optional)
  • Order confirmation and spec sheets
  • Pre-shipment inspection images or videos

Tip: For new clients, we recommend a small-batch trial order to evaluate quality before scaling up.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing issue:

  • Notify us within 3 working days
  • Provide clear photos/videos and your order number
  • After review, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or credit note based on the issue and order context

We do not cover damage caused by improper handling, bleaching, or third-party styling.

4. Return Process

  2. Our team will assess eligibility and send return instructions
  3. If approved, return shipping is arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed
  4. After inspection, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days

5. Bulk Order Considerations

For bulk or wholesale orders, we recommend confirming samples and specifications in advance. We are not able to process full-order returns due to minor variations in texture, length, or color, which are natural in 100% human hair.
